At the 91st Annual Meeting, Petro Serve USA celebrated nearly a century of cooperative tradition while introducing significant operational enhancements and a leadership transition. The meeting highlighted sweeping improvements designed to modernize our service offerings and strengthen our commitment to the communities we serve.

Recent upgrades include a transformative remodel of key convenience stores, improved fuel service facilities, modernization of our fleet, and enhanced distribution capabilities. These initiatives ensure that our customers enjoy a superior experience—with expanded fresh food, grab-and-go options, and state-of-the-art fueling services that meet today’s fast-paced demands.

A pivotal change was also announced with the retirement of longtime CEO Kent Satrang. We are excited to welcome Clark Erickson as our new CEO-COO, whose fresh vision and operational expertise are set to guide us into this promising new chapter.
